N12 Front Garden Transformation Case Study

East Finchley Garden Redesign Case Study – Recommended by another happy client!

This N12 front garden project focused on improving kerb appeal, access, and day-to-day practicality. The original space felt dated and uneven, with tired block paving and an overgrown frontage that did not make the most of the property’s Victorian character.

We began by clearing the area and removing the existing surface materials, then carefully set new levels to create a cleaner, more defined layout. A new curved planting bed was formed to soften the frontage and introduce structure, while keeping the driveway space open and functional. We installed a solid concrete base where required and rebuilt the entrance detailing with precision so every line sat true and consistent.

To elevate the finish, we laid a tiled Victorian mosaic pathway in a traditional checkerboard pattern, framed with a crisp border to guide visitors from the gate to the front door. We also constructed a new low brick wall with a neat coping detail, giving the frontage a premium, long-lasting edge and helping retain the planting area.

The result is a smart, high end front garden with improved definition, a statement entrance, and a much more welcoming first impression. The client shared in their Google review: “Had a lovely experience with Villiam and his team. Prompt, respectful, hardworking and helpful. Would 100% recommend them and my driveway looks so gorgeous!”
