N2 – East Finchley Garden Redesign Case Study

We were introduced to this East Finchley homeowner through a recommendation. The brief was simple: clear the tired, uneven lawn area, remove old debris, and create a clean, family-friendly garden that felt brighter and easier to maintain.

Over the course of one week, our team began with a full strip out, lifting redundant edging and breaking out unwanted hardstanding. We removed all waste from the site, regraded the ground, and improved the base with fresh topsoil to achieve accurate levels and better drainage. To frame the space, we installed a new timber sleeper border to define planting and retain soil neatly along the right-hand side. Existing shrubs were tidied, and the planting beds were refreshed.

Once the groundwork was complete, we laid premium turf and finished with precise cuts for a crisp edge against the patio and paths.
